You can check cost of goods and the shipping costs via our website. Simply add your desired products via our Shop to the shopping cart, select the shopping cart, click on Calculate Shipping, fill in your shipping address details and then click Update Totals.
In order to keep packaging materials to a minimum and to keep shipping charges as low as possible. At times we may remove your product from its original packaging and repack it in a more efficient way with other items you may have purchased. We will still supply the original packaging for each product if this occurs.
All website prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST
Please also note that there is 10% gst included in the prices listed on our website, when you enter your country and shipping address into the website shopping cart this 10% gst will be removed if you are not in Australia.
Shipping to your country
If your country is not listed in our shopping cart, we do not ship to your country.
Shipping addresses – P.O. Boxes or Click and Collect locations
For orders with a delivery address outside of Australia we can ship to fixed physical addresses only, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, Click and Collect locations or other addresses that cannot be easily located or verified. If we have any trouble with your address after you have ordered we will contact you to try and resolve the issue or have you supply an alternate address.
Problems with Shipping
Due to different country regulations and or changes to airfreight routes from time-to-time we are unable to ship some orders. If this happens we will contact you to discuss alternate shipping options, costs and also offer you a full refund if required.
Once payment for your order is cleared we generally pick, pack and send with 24hrs. If your order is received outside of our regular business hours or too late in the day to be processed, your order will be processed on the following business day.
Australian Delivery Times
In general we find that deliveries to metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide are made within 1-3 working days. Tasmania, Brisbane, SEQ, country Vic, NSW and SA take 2-4 days and Perth 3-5 days. FNQ, NT and other remote areas will take 5-10 days.
International Delivery Times
United Kingdom, United States and EU (10-15 business days)
Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand (8~15 business days)
Rest of World (6~25 business days)

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving goods for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods and will process refunds provided the goods have not been opened or used.
For change of mind or other reasons we may at our discretion accept a return provided the goods are returned to us within 30 days in re-sellable condition and the buyer pays for any return postage charges. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
Guarantee / Warranty Policy
No warranty is offered on the basis that a STRETCH product will fit your specific vehicle. Mechanical damage, punctures, incorrect fitment, contact and abrasion wear is not covered by this warranty.
Rakboot® is guaranteed for 2 years or 40,000kms and STRETCH CV Boots are guaranteed for 3 years or 60,000kms. This warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, regular wear and tear to the original owner. No warranty is offered where boot is fitted in an application where the Original Equipment (OE) boot being replaced is outside of our recommended fitting guide. This guarantee also excludes applications where the boot is fitted to performance, modified or race vehicles, vehicles used off road. Consequential, accidental damage or abuse is not covered under this warranty. Clear photographs of failed boot must be available and any claimed boots retained for possible return to PTW® if requested.
Under this warranty you are entitled to a replacement boot or product as per any failure. Postage charges or costs are non-refundable and not covered by this warranty.
Professional Fitters Warranty – Australia & New Zealand only
In addition to the warranty above, if your boot is deemed by PTW® as a warranty failure we will replace the boot and pay the nominated workshop* directly for the reasonable cost of labour to re-fit the STRETCH boot.
* To claim under this guarantee you must, be in Australia or New Zealand, keep the original invoice from the workshop that fitted your STRETCH boot, or your original receipt from place of purchase to claim a replacement boot. Boots being replaced must also be kept and or returned to manufacturer if requested for assessment prior to any labour claims being paid. No claim will be recognised unless authorised by PTW® before work is commenced and warranty claim forms have been completed and returned to PTW®.
